The Research Ethics Center for Human Subject Protection (REC) of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) was established to assist with the operation of NYCU’s Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), protect the rights and interests of research participants, and perform various tasks assigned by the IRBs and relevant administrative work.
